Ops by Noell provides done-for-you AI operations services for service-based businesses, including AI front desk agents, call and SMS automation, CRM setup, and related marketing and operational services ("Services"). By signing up, you agree to these terms.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your rate is locked at the price in effect on your start date for as long as you remain on that tier. Billing occurs monthly in advance. We accept major credit cards.
You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No long-term contract is required. Your service remains active through the end of the current billing period. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once provisioning has begun.
Every installation includes a 90-day results check-in. If we have not produced measurable lift in at least one of: recovered calls, booked appointments, or captured reviews by day 90, we will rebuild the core flows at no charge. If the rebuild does not move the numbers by day 120, you may cancel with no further obligation. The one-time setup fee is excluded from this guarantee.
We retain ownership of our systems, templates, and methodologies. You own your client data and business information. Any custom materials we create specifically for your business (scripts, workflows, copy) are licensed to you for the duration of your engagement and transfer to you fully upon written request at termination.
Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any month is capped at the fees paid in that month.
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
