SMS Policy

Overview

Ops by Noell sends SMS messages only to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive them. This policy describes how we collect consent, what kinds of messages we send, and how you can opt out at any time.

Consent and opt-in

We obtain express written consent before sending any SMS messages. Consent may be collected through:

• Our website audit request or booking form, which includes an SMS opt-in checkbox
• A verbal agreement confirmed in writing during onboarding
• A keyword opt-in response (e.g., replying YES to an initial message)

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any service.

Types of messages

Once opted in, you may receive:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Operational updates related to your account or service
• Follow-up messages related to a missed call or inquiry
• Review requests after a completed service
• Reactivation messages if you haven't been in touch for a period of time

We do not send unsolicited marketing messages or sell your number to third parties.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and service configuration. Most clients receive between 1–4 SMS messages per month. We will inform you of expected frequency at the time of opt-in.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your plan.

How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Compliance

Our SMS practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable carrier guidelines. We maintain opt-in records and honor all opt-out requests promptly.
