- Business details: information you share about your business, current tools, and the problem you want solved.
- Conversation content: the full text of messages you send through the Noell Support chat widget or other AI assistant interfaces on the Site.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited.
- Usage data: timestamps, interaction patterns, and analytics events.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies for basic functionality, session management, and analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Information from third parties
- Form and CRM data: if you interact with our booking pages (hosted via GoHighLevel) or SMS systems, we receive your contact details and interaction history from those tools.
3. Cookies, analytics, and remarketing
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with our Site. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you visit. This data helps us improve our Site and Services.
Google Ads and remarketing
We use Google Ads remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our Site. This means we may advertise to previous visitors who haven't completed a task on our Site, such as starting but not finishing a contact form. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page or a site in the Google Display Network.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and/or device identifiers to serve ads based on someone's past visits to the Ops by Noell website. Any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page, and if you want to, you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin. - Respond to your inquiries and operate our AI assistants
- Qualify leads, schedule calls, and deliver the Services you request
- Send you follow-up communications by email or SMS (only with your consent, see Section 5)

5. How we share your information
We share your information only as needed to operate our Services:
- Service providers (subcontractors): we use Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI model provider for Noell assistants), GoHighLevel (CRM and communications), and Twilio (SMS), each of whom processes your information solely to provide services to us under their own privacy terms.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
6. SMS and messaging consent
If you provide your phone number, we will only send you SMS messages if you have explicitly opted in during our chat conversation or on a form on our Site. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. See our SMS Policy for full details.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
