What happens if I cancel?

Month-to-month. No long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice and we turn the agents off at the end of your current billing month.

Can I upgrade to the full system later?

Yes. If you move to System or Full Stack within the first 6 months, we credit your first month toward the new tier's setup. Ask about upgrade pricing on your onboarding call.

How long until I'm live?

Accepted Answer

14 days on most agents-only installs. Done-for-you setup, we need your services, pricing, hours, and a couple of sample call/chat scenarios. A2P SMS registration runs in parallel on carrier timelines (usually 2–4 weeks); the agents handle chat and calls from day one, and SMS delivery switches on as soon as carriers approve.

What booking tools do you work with?

Any of them. Noell Agents is designed to sit alongside your existing booking or practice management tool, not replace it, across dental, salon and spa, wellness, home services, and general scheduling platforms. Deep two-way integration (read availability, write confirmed bookings back) is part of The Noell System, not the agents-only tier. Tell us what you use on your intro call and we will confirm fit.

Is there a contract or commitment?

Month-to-month. No annual contract required. You can cancel with 30 days notice at any time. Most clients stay because the agents pay for themselves within the first 60 days.
